Music in Nork Park - 2011

if you missed it then here are some highlights

Despite the weather it was a great music programme. Kicking off was the Hook Scouts' & Guides' award-winning marching band which traversed the length of Nork Way, starting from Eastgate at 12.30 before arriving to perform in the park.

• A new female soloist singing from 1pm
• The Cherry Pie Choir
• A new C&W band
• We are also had the popular Colin Roy
• The young Elvis impersonator Ben Thompson.

There was a fantastic Grand Raffle with prizes including: a tablet computer, a sat nav and an eBook Reader.
It was at times a little damp but those who braved the showers had a great time.
